To be trusted implicitly with hosts’ most-prized possession: their home.
To put your slick social skills to use daily, liaising between multiple teams across the business and, of course, with our hosts and guests.
To be the proxy host of many homes, stepping into the hosts’ loafers and taking responsibility for maintaining the Airbnb listing, keeping guests satisfied and ensuring the home is always in tip-top condition.
To put on your ‘sales’ hat from time to time and help us get new hosts signed up and up and running.
To help us build and grow a close-knit, hardworking team.
To work full-time, and over occasionally some weekends and bank holidays.
Who are you?
You truly get Airbnb (for hosts and for guests), and you’ll get extra points if you’ve previously worked in the hospitality industry.
You bring 2+ years of experience in managing client and customer relationships to the table.
You have some experience in managing sales and operations teams.
You don’t overlook the little details.
You bring big ideas about how RBNB can continuously improve our host experience, unafraid to explore new ways of doing things if it means happier hosts.
